A great day for walking outside. I was able to get in 6,000 plus steps everyday this week. Which is more than the week #1 plan of 5,000. Next week I planned on biking to and from school each day--however, I think the weather is going to be bad--so I will just move the walking steps up from 5,000 to 7,000. I think a gradual increase is best.
The calories are doing pretty good---I love candy and that has been my hardest battle.
I watched the show Biggest Loser today and found out that there is a ranch outside of St. George. I went to their website and printed off a daily schedule at the camp. Around six to seven hours of exercise a DAY!! The cost is WAY too expensive for me--but it might work to create something like that this summer after my teaching is over.
Stumbling blocks:--( I HATE WATER! Seriously hate drinking it. I have tried to add flavor packets, vitamin water, etc. it is All GROSS!!! I have to come up with an idea.
Thanks for reading and all your support!

Jolene, I am working with a fitness trainer and will gladly pass on any info I get from her to you, or even give you her number! She is SO awsome and since you and I seem to have a few issuses in common, I think you'd like her!
Let's get together and be fitness buddies or something! ♥Judi
Get a Camelback sippy bottle (the kind with the straw) and take it EVERYWHERE. I love soda (and hate diet soda) and have been trying to quit drinking it because I calculate that I drink about 500 calories a day in soda and juice drinks. I found that if I take the water everywhere, I actually drink a lot more water. I also have to consciously choose water when someone says "would you like a drink?" Restaurants are my soda nemesis. I also like Crystal light packets (Sunrise Orange is my fave)in the water, and with the Camelback bottle you can easily add and refill your drink. Just think about all the calories you are drinking!! It makes you want to love good old H2O.
